Transflo pricing breakdown: what is published and what is not
Price the workflow, not the ELD. The compliance hardware is Geotab, so if logs are the whole requirement the honest comparison is Geotab priced directly.
If document scanning, weigh-station bypass and CAT Scale integration matter, that bundle is what you are buying and what the quote should be judged against.

Questions to ask before accepting a Transflo quote
Who owns and replaces the hardware?
New devices are Geotab. Establish ownership at end of term and who handles a hardware failure.
Which support schedule applies?
Transflo's telematics knowledge base says seven days 7am-10pm Eastern; its FAQ says Monday to Friday 8-6. Neither is 24/7. Get the applicable one in writing.
What scanning volume is included?
Document workflow is the differentiator, so check for a usage boundary before treating the monthly rate as all-in.
If you run T7 or T9 units, what is the path?
They are supported but discontinued. Ask what support looks like over three years and what migrating to Geotab hardware costs.
