So there is no vendor-published GPS Trackit price today. Pricing is per vehicle and quote-based, positioned at small and mid-sized fleets, with flexible hardware options and no long-term contract as the stated selling points.
The terms, now hosted on zonar.com, add two things the marketing does not. The agreement renews automatically for successive one-year terms at prevailing catalogue pricing, and hardware must be returned at your expense within 45 days of term end or you pay the company's then-current catalog prices for it.

GPS Trackit pricing
Renewal at prevailing catalogue pricing is the clause to negotiate, and it is rarer than it should be in this category. Most auto-renewal clauses roll your existing rate forward; this one rolls you onto whatever the vendor's catalogue says at the time.
That converts a known cost into an unknown one at every anniversary, and it sits alongside a stated position of no long-term contracts, which is the sort of pairing that only shows up when you read the agreement. Fleet Complete at least states the increase it will apply, five percent at each renewal, and Zonar's own school district contract shows a five percent price floor producing an exact increase on one module from $4.20 to $4.41.
An unspecified catalogue price is less predictable than either.
The 30-day notice window is the one favourable term here and it is easy to miss. Notice must be sent no less than 30 days before the expiration of the initial term or any renewal term, which is shorter than Fleet Complete's 60 days, Onfleet's 45, and the 90 days required by CalAmp, IntelliShift, Transflo and Trimble.
Short notice is only useful if someone diaries it, though, and a 30-day window on a one-year renewal is easier to miss than a 90-day one.
Hardware is loaned rather than sold and the exit is unpriced. Title remains vested in the company, the customer acquires no ownership interest, and during the term the customer is responsible for all loss and damage.
Products must be returned at the customer's expense within 45 days after the end of the term, or the customer pays the company's then-current catalog prices. As with renewal, the charge is set by a future catalogue rather than by a figure in your contract.
Compare the published alternatives: One Step GPS states $95 per tracker and $190 per dash camera, Azuga states $70 to $499 by device type. A stated number is easier to plan for than a catalogue.
Benchmark the quote against vendors who publish, because GPS Trackit's own positioning as a budget option for small fleets cannot be tested without a number. In GPS fleet tracking the published floor is One Step GPS at $13.95 and Quartix at $14.00 per vehicle per month, both verified 30 September 2026, and the published ceiling among rate-card vendors is Azuga's CompleteFleet at $35.
Two public procurement contracts put base tracking at $14.70 and $14.99 per vehicle per month at school-district volume. If a GPS Trackit quote for a small fleet lands above the top of that range, the budget positioning is marketing rather than pricing.
