IFTA Reporting is listed as a standalone product distinct from ELD Compliance, so fuel-tax filing is a separate line rather than a feature. Ask for each of the six to be priced individually, with its own unit, before accepting any bundle.
The dashcam refund position is specific and strict. Section 3.4 notes that dashcams meeting specification and functioning correctly are non-refundable once purchased.
A camera that works as sold cannot be returned because you changed your mind about the programme, which makes a fleet-wide camera order a one-way decision. The Optima ELD pricing quiz
Ask for the Terms of Service and a written quote before you give anyone your contact details, and read section 9.1 yourself. The five figures to extract are the per-vehicle rate and billing unit for each product you want, the initial term, the renewal and notice mechanics, hardware ownership, and the refund position per product type.
